Street Food

This is where we started. We love the vibrancy of Food Festivals and outdoor events and our Street Food is always popular with foodies with a taste for adventure .

We have a branded marquee, tables and chairs and heaters, and we can cook on either a gas chargrill or an electric set up depending on the constraints of the venue and the hook-ups available. We are happy to decorate our stall to fit in with the theme of your event.

We can provide a selection of streetfood to suit your event, budget and dietary requirements, ranging from flavoursome canapes and small taster dishes to hearty take-away meals for both vegetarians and meat-eaters.

Anticuchos are skewers of meat or fish, marinated and cooked on a chargrill. They are traditionally made with ox heart but they may also be made with chicken breast, chicken thighs, chicken liver, steak, lamb or fish. Served with red quinoa & lentil salad, a tangy onion salsa criolla, grilled potato wedges, fried giant Peruvian corn & broad beans with a selection of Peruvian chilli sauces. They are a popular party food in South America.

Mojo Picon translates as ‘sassy sauce’ Our cheeky chicken dish is made with grilled chicken thighs marinaded in a spicy Peruvian served with red quinoa & lentil salad, a tangy onion salsa criolla, grilled potato wedges, fried giant Peruvian corn & broad beans with a selection of Peruvian chilli sauces.

Lamb Kebabs – Premium lamb diced and Sauce served with red quinoa & lentil salad, a tangy onion salsa criolla, grilled potato wedges, fried giant Peruvian corn & broad beans with a selection of Peruvian chilli sauces.

Our wraps are soft flour tortillas filled with premium cuts of steak or chicken breast, freshly grilled with red and green peppers and onions.

Our Vegetarian Chickpea, Spinach and Quinoa patty, is pan-fried and dressed with a chimichurri dressing and served in a brioche bun.
